As Chartered Physiotherapists, we have a professional and legal obligation to keep accurate records and notes for each physiotherapy session. 

As registered members of the CSP and HCPC we must remain compliant with their standards for record keeping.  This includes safe storage, retention guidelines, security, processing and destruction, this is also in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018.

On your initial session, your consent for assessment, storage of notes and e-mail address will be requested.  Information is never shared with anyone else.

Face-to-face Physiotherapy appointments at LD Physiotherapy and Pilates has strict protocols in place with regards to the COVID-19 pandemic, in line with Public Health and Chartered Physiotherapy Society guidelines.

Please do NOT attend a face-to-face appointment if you have any Covid-19 symptoms; a persistent cough, and/or a temperature, and/or a loss of taste or smell. 

Where possible please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel.
