Naomi

Naomi qualified as a physiotherapist in 2002 from Sheffield Hallam University. after graduating she went on to work as a Junior Physiotherapist at the Royal London Hospital and then as a Senior Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at the Whittington NHS Trust.  

Over the last 10 years Naomi has increased her hours in various private practices all over London.  She joined LD Physiotherapyand Pilates in 2022.

Naomi has worked with a wide and varied caseload including post-operative orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions. She has become highly skilled in assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Patients think that she is great at hands on treatment.

Naomi is post graduately trained and regularly uses a range of manual techniques and soft tissue treatments alongside exercise prescription to help both men and women to achieve their functional and sporting goals.

In more recent years,  she has become passionate about helping woman both antenatally and postnatally. She completed the POGP urinary incontinence course and Mummy MOT course and continues to work closely with local NHS hospitals.

Naomi says 'My musculoskeletal background, and the skills I have learnt around pelvic floor and urogynaecological  dysfunctions has given me a holistic approach to treating my patients to help them get back to where they want to be, whether it be back to exercise or just being active with their children.'

Naomi is a keen cyclist outside of work, recently completing a london-paris fund raising ride.
