What To Expect

Physiotherapy uses an evidence-based approach, it is unique to each individual.

The main aim is to help people achieve their maximum potential through movement and function.

Whether you want to return to sports, lift your new baby more comfortably, or walk up the stairs; Physiotherapy can help you achieve your goals.

The initial assessment will normally require up to 45 minutes depending on the complexity of your problem.  A thorough assessment will be undertaken, and the diagnosis and findings will be discussed with you. A treatment plan will then be agreed with you, which focuses on enabling you to achieve your personal goal.
